We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Crush Footwear, and most of all, we want you to love your shoes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes or need help with an exchange, please let us know and we will do what we can to get you smiling again!
USA Return Information
We will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. All shoes must be returned in brand new condition. Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at customer's expense.
Returns must be sent in a proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside. Do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns with shipping tape or labels attached to the shoe-box will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please incluse your original order or packing slip to expedite your refund.
We'll process your return within 3-5 days of receiving it.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. We cannot refund any original shipping costs.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your personal account.
Simply place a new order then follow the instructions above to return the original order to us for refund.
